So, this is a bit about Dad (Jack ), he was also a Grandad, a Great Grandad, and, A Great Great Grandad, which can't be bad huh. At 88 he was still very fit and active and much loved by the community he lived in, A very popular fella. He came from Kent for a while and stayed the rest of his life finding work when he left the East Kent Regiment, ( The Buffs ) as an engineeer, retiring only when he couldn't ride his bike to get to work anymore at ... 76. He leaves Four Sons and two daughters ( that we knew about .. LOL )and too many Grandkids to name, sorry.
He NEVER had a day off work either sick or unemployed and enjoyed a very full and active life until the final year or two, then he just had to slow down a bit huh.
A man like Dad can never die, just fade away, just remember him as you will but, I believe, he did his best with what he had and what he knew. Rest in eternal peace Dad and, GOD BLESS YOU.
Love you.
You will be sadly missed.

In Memory Of . . . .

Just knowing who you were to us,
Thats how we remember you.
We share memories and thoughts,
Of the times shared and revealed.
We rejoice in the tales you told,
As well as imagine those you kept.
You are eternal in the light,
Of our memories, thoughts and dreams.
With each telling of your life and works,
Your legend grows within each of us.
So rest in peace for you are remembered,
And you grow in stature as we meet.
Slowly as time passes good memories,
Of you Grandad Jack, are all that remains.
In celebration of all the good you did,
Thats how you are remembered. . . . .
Now and for all time. . . . .

Byee Dad

Words fail me right now, at a time like this,
It doesn't feel right just to leave you a kiss,
just know in your heart that the words that I've said,
come from MY heart, not only my head.
I'll miss you Dad, in very many ways, but, please rest in peace now, at the end of your days.
Love you and miss you already.
